Fall at Oakland Zoo
We decided to mix it up at bit by going to the Oakland zoo today instead of the San Francisco Zoo. The zoos have very different character, but the Oakland zoo in particular has elephants, a star attraction. Here we see Alex posing proudly in front of the elephants. The next shot is Olivia's shoe and where it landed after in a fit she kicked it off into the elephant pit. The zookeeper informed us it would not be possible to reach until nighttime when the elephants are moved to another pen. The last shot is a shoeless (and barefoot) Olivia after an ice cream.
