Winter Harvest
Here in California our vegetables ripen all year long. Our first year asparagus crop is shown here ready for picking. I don't think we'll have any left over after harvest that needs to be frozen.

Alex and Olivia posing before we braved their very first movie outing. Can you guess what we went to see ? Hint: She's wearing the tshirt. Alex loved the movie, and watched the entire length in his chair. Olivia, however, well...ah...it'll be awhile before we return to the movies as a family.Sunday, December 20, 2009
Xmas Pageant
No Christmas is complete without the annual school pageant.Olivia started off tentative with an abbreviated set of classmates, but finished strong with a solo rendition of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star"
Alex followed with a 3 song set with a much larger chorus, and ended with his personal favorite "We wish you a Merry Christmas"
